Users agree not to access another person's account, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts, or share their account with any third party. Violation of these terms may result in permanent account suspension or closure.
3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the emma803 platform agree not to engage in any of the following while using our services:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Impersonating another user or attempting to bypass the platform's authentication system.
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system for unfair advantage.
- Conducting money laundering activities or any suspicious financial transactions through the platform.
- Colluding with other users in games or betting activities involving player interaction.
- Transferring funds between user accounts without official authorisation from emma803.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of related balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the emma803 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). emma803 supports a range of local deposit methods, including e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, as well as online bank transfers. Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method.
You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details you provide are accurate and belong to you. emma803 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information submitted by the user.
Withdraw Funds
Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, in compliance with our anti-money laundering policy. emma803 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Processing times range from one to three business days depending on the chosen method. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and can be reviewed within your account.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Emma803 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to your account. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance and unused bonuses may be forfeited at our discretion.
